  • Without defrosting, cook the bread for 10 to 12 minutes at 180°C.
  • Cook three soya balls and then cut them in half. Cut the carrot into strips.
  • Cut the radishes into slices and the cherry tomatoes in halves.
  • Cut the bread on half.
  • Spread hummus onto the bottom half of the bread, then add the 6 half-balls of soya.
  • Add the cherry tomato halves, the radish slices, carrot and rocket leaves.
  • Add a few drops of balsamic vinegar.
  • Close the sandwich
